Note: 
To speed up the registration process, please have a Church Center account set up. If you already have an account, check your child's grade to make sure it shows the CURRENT grade. Please contact cm@bacfamily.org if you need help updating your child's current grade. 

Also, have the following information ready.
- MSP number
- Family doctor's name and phone number
- Your child's t-shirt size
