IMPORTANT UPDATES
-
Registration & Waitlist
AWANA is a registration-based program. We are blessed to see such high demand this year. However, due to our required adult-child safety ratio, we are no longer accepting new registrations. Anyone interested in joining will be placed on the waitlist. Please note: No walk-in participants will be accepted at the door. -
Attendance Policy
AWANA is made possible by a dedicated team of volunteers who commit their time weekly to create a positive learning environment. To help us steward this ministry well, we have a new absence policy:-
If a clubber is absent more than 3 times in the fall term (Sept–Dec) and more than 2 times in the winter and spring terms (Jan–Mar, Apr–Jun) without prior notice or a reasonable excuse, parents will be contacted and your child’s spot may be offered to someone on the waitlist.

Helping Your Child Succeed
Parent involvement makes a big difference! We encourage you to spend time each week practicing Bible verses with your child at home. Clubbers are expected to complete one handbook per year. To stay on track without end-of-year stress:Sparks should aim for 2–3 sections per week.
T&T Boys and Girls should aim for 1–2 sections per week.
Cubbies will benefit from parents reading the handbook stories with them and repeat the Bible verses at home.
