Praises

- Our Sabbath Year has been passed for seven months. We thank God that we have good time with God in these days, more time worship and prayer, more family time during the holiday season, etc. Pray that God leads us to His direction especially leads us to make decisions if we will go back to our previous job.
- As M started taking up his old hobby of photography in November, he saw God’s fingerprints all over it since he met a close-knit group of guys who are friends, more than photographers. However, he needs our prayer. Pray that he may manage his Arabic to communicate with those guys and understand anything in this group regarding the culture and language.

Prayers

- Our oldest daughter, Kayla, is starting her 2nd term at university in Ontario. Her first term away from home had its challenges for her. But she’s doing ok and feeling positive about this 2nd term. Pray for Kayla’s next-year-housing, which she needs to solve in the coming months. She must find roommates and sign a lease.
- Pray for our another 3 children here. Pray that they may know God more deeply through their daily life here. Pray that God leads their studying and serving here in the church.

We have asked you to pray for the believer, Sakeena, here. She has been kind of accepted that she is no more a Muslim by her family especially her mom. She continues to be engaged in learning from God's word and trying to walk with Jesus in her life. She also continues to gradually press into healing from past hurts.
Prayer suggestions for Sakeena
- Sakeena feels called to “share the gospel” with her family, in a new way in 2024… somehow.
- She is scared of how they will react, including anger, lost relationships, and a real risk of being cut off from family.
- Join in praying for something special for her family this year, and for the Holy Spirit to guide & fill Sakeena to respond to this burden on her heart. May they come to follow & know Jesus.
